At Games and Print Services our bespoke equipment enables us to manufacture collated sets with any number of cards or leaves. Our fully automated systems feed up to a 720x1020mm sheet, then separate and collate all cards in one pass. Subject to card size this could be 150 to view.

By then using our carousel system multi-sheets sets can be collated together, again inline, putting 1,000 + cards together with ease.

If separation into smaller sets is needed, we can reset to deliver by row or multiple rows per sheet as necessary.

  • Square cut, round cornered or even shape cut sets are possible.
