RATIO CONTROLLED INSERTIONS

We are one of the few companies in Europe able to offer this extremely flexible service. Suitable for long run card or collectable sticker sets, cereal promotions or magazine cover mounts. Using clear, printed or metalised food grade films. A typical project:

  • 200 different 'standard' cards
  • 40 'rare' cards
  • 1 miniature folded sales leaflet
i) Wrap any 10 standard cards (ensuring no doubles in a wrap and no common wraps, plus equal usage and a good spread of 200 cards).
ii) Drop one standard card every tenth wrap and insert one rare card.
iii) Insert one sales leaflet to every wrap.

All computer controlled to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency.
